This page explains how to delete your College Life account (the College Life app by Outwork LLC) and the data associated with it.
You can permanently delete your account in any of these ways:
You don’t have to close your account to remove data. In the College Life app you can delete individual items yourself — posts and comments, notes, marketplace listings, and messages you sent — and you can turn off data collection such as location sharing or parent updates in Settings → Privacy. To request deletion of specific data you can’t remove yourself, email privacy@collegelife.app from your account’s email address; we complete verified requests within 30 days. Your account stays active.
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and the content tied to your account, including: your profile (name, username, email, avatar), class schedule, courses, assignments, grades, attendance check-ins, notes, health/fitness logs, posts and comments, marketplace listings, chat messages you sent, photos you uploaded, follows and connections, and your saved settings. This cannot be undone.
We retain a limited amount of data only where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reasons — for example, transaction and payment records (kept by our payment processors and as required by law, typically up to 7 years) and security/abuse logs (kept for a short period). Retained records are minimized and are not used to rebuild your profile. Content others created (such as a message a friend sent you) remains on their account.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play — manage or cancel those in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
Contact privacy@collegelife.app for any account-deletion or data request.
