Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Keep your login secure. You must be a college student or otherwise eligible to use the app.

Be respectful. Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise harmful. Do not use the AI assistant to cheat or to submit work as your own where prohibited. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you create, and grant us a license to host and display it to provide the service.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post photos, videos, captions, comments, messages or profile details that contain nudity or sexual content, graphic violence, threats, harassment or bullying, hate speech or slurs, content that sexualizes or endangers minors, illegal activity, or spam. Impersonating another person and sharing someone else's private information are equally prohibited.

Anyone can report a post, a message or a profile from inside the app, and you can block another user at any time. A reported post is hidden from the feed immediately, before any human has looked at it. We review reports and act on them — removing content, and suspending or terminating accounts — within 24 hours. Uploaded images and video are also screened automatically for explicit content before they are published.

Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other users may be removed without notice. To report content or a user outside the app, or to appeal a decision, contact support@collegelife.app.

Only post content you made or have the right to share. Video with music, clips from films or television, and other people's work are common examples of what you may not have the right to post.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email support@collegelife.app with the work concerned, where it appears in College Life, and your contact details. We remove infringing content promptly and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

College Life Premium is $4.99/mo. Purchases on mobile are processed by the App Store or Google Play; web purchases are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew until canceled; manage or cancel through your store account or the app. Premium features (such as Ask Cam and the Campus Marketplace) require an active subscription. A private account is free and does not require a subscription.

The app is provided “as is.” Reminders and the AI assistant are aids, not guarantees; you remain responsible for your schedule and academic work.
