College Life (“we”, “us”) helps college students organize their day. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We aim to collect only what the app needs to work.
Account info (name, email, and optional profile details like major, school, year, bio, and avatar). Content you create (schedule, courses, assignments, notes, messages, workouts and food logs, and feed posts). Device push tokens if you enable notifications. If you enable location sharing (optional, premium), your approximate location while you use the app — shared only with people you approve, and stopped the moment you turn it off.
To provide the app’s features (scheduling, reminders, messaging, the feed, health tracking, and the AI study assistant), to keep the service secure, and to process subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information.
Profiles are visible to other students unless you have a private account (premium). Notes are private unless you share them. Feed posts are public to other students; you can report content, which hides it pending review. Messages are visible only to conversation participants.
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase/Postgres) and protected with row-level security so you can only access your own data and content shared with you. Subscription status is managed server-side.
You can edit your profile, control notifications, make your account private (premium), and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data.
College Life is intended for college students. It is not directed to children under 13.
